Please read this in detail, and reference it throughout the weekend to answer all your questions and have all the information you need to know.  Please do not text the bride or groom with questions, unless very necessary =)  We want to enjoy the weekend and not be on on our phones constantly texting everyone.

Thursday

• On Thursday the bride/groom will be spending time with their family.
• Please entertain yourselves, but don’t party too hard!  The party starts Friday!

Wedding Day

• Location: Villa Woodbine, 2167 S Bayshore Dr, Miami, Florida
• Arrive no later than 5pm.
• Dress code.
• From South Beach, take Uber/Taxi to wedding location.  Depart by 4pm to ensure on time arrival because traffic from South Beach is crazy on Friday.
• Optionally you can take taxi to downtown Coconut Grove for lunch/drinks and walk around some shops earlier so your closer to the venue then take a short taxi of 5-10 minutes from downtown Coconut Grove.  Jaguar or Peacock Garden Cafe are good options for lunch.
• There is no parking at the venue.  Do not drive your own car there.
• Ceremony starts at 5:30pm sharp.
• The ceremony and first dance is unplugged please.  Please do not take out your cameras or cell phones during the ceremony.  Be present with us.  We don’t want to see your phones on our wedding pics.  We have professional photographers and my step Dad Ted video taping.  We will share with you the photos.
• Drinks, food, and party to follow.
• Party ends at 11pm.
• Call Uber/Taxi for pickup at the venue back to hotel or the after party bar.

Wedding Day After Party Bar

• After the wedding party ends at 11pm in Coconut Grove if you still want to hang out and have a few more drinks then head to the following bar in South Beach which is near the Royal Palm and Delano hotel within walking distance.
• Bar: Hyde Beach @ SLS Hotel, 1701 Collins Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33139
• They should be expecting “Ramsey Group” and our contact name is Andrew Dulac.

Saturday Brunch

• Location: Raleigh Hotel, 1775 Collins Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33139
• Brunch is at this hotel out by the pool.
• This hotel is within walking distance from Royal Palm and Delano hotel.
• Brunch is from 11:30am to 2:30pm.
• We got food, mimosa and bloody mary’s covered.
• Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable.  Collared shirt, summer dress, or if you’d like  T-shirt, shorts and flipflops, it’s totally OK.
• After brunch feel free to go to pool, beach, shopping, sleep, get dinner on your own time and your own plans.

Saturday Club

• Location: Heart Nightclub, 50 NE 11th St, Miami, FL 33132
• You must arrive before 12:30am to get in on the free guest list.  Say you are on “John Fortini” list for free entry.
• DJ is Rafa Barrios from Stereo Productions.  House music.  Club has outside dj area and inside main area.
• Take an uber/taxi to this club from the hotel.
• You could get dinner at a nearby restaurant like STK.  Your choice.
• You can get drinks near the club at Libertine (speakeasy/fancy) bar or Corner Bar (more casual).
• You can go for after party after the club at E11even, a club/strip club open very late and within walking distance from Heart.

Sunday Boat

• Location: Bayside Marketplace, 401 Biscayne Blvd # R106, Miami, FL 33132
• You must arrive by 12:30pm.  Boat leaves 1pm sharp.
• Boat returns at 5pm.
• Take an uber/taxi to get there and to get back.
• On the boat there will be light snacks, water, sodas, beer, wine, and a rum punch bowl.
• Also a water trampoline and snorkels.  Wear a bathing suit and bring towel if you want.  And sunscreen.
• Boat costs $100/person all inclusive.  Venmo Travis.
• Eat brunch before you arrive.
• After the boat there is no other organized plans.

  • Take the Macarthur Causeway West
  • Exit Biscayne Blvd
  • Make a Left on Biscayne Blvd
    ****Pass the American Airlines arena, the Port of Miami (NE 5th st) then Bayside Market Place these will all be on your left hand side. Make a left at NE 2nd St (CVS) will be on your right. Then make another left, you will be going North on Biscayne, immediately get in the right lane and make a right into NE 3rd st. Stay to the right follow the road all the way to the back the road curves around to the left, the Hard Rock Cafe will be on your left and we are across from it on the right. Go straight and parking will be in front of you.
